High-strength, shrinkage-free grouting material is a cement-based dry powder formulated by using high-quality cement as the binding agent, high-strength aggregates as the reinforcing material, and supplemented with a variety of organic and inorganic additives. At the construction site, this product only needs to be mixed with water according to the specified ratio until thoroughly blended, after which it exhibits excellent properties such as high strength, zero shrinkage, high fluidity, and excellent durability. It is an ideal material for secondary grouting of equipment foundations, structural reinforcement, and emergency repair projects.

7. Construction Steps
1. Substrate Preparation: Remove loose dust, oil stains, and loose layers; ensure the substrate surface is rough and free of standing water. Moisten the substrate 1–2 hours before grouting, ensuring there is no visible standing water.
2. Formwork support: The formwork must be sealed to prevent grout leakage and extend at least 50 mm above the grouting surface.
3. Mixing: Add water at a rate of 13% to 15% (for a 25-kg bag, add 3.25 to 3.75 liters of water), and mix for 3 to 5 minutes until the mixture is uniform and free of lumps.
4. Grouting: Perform continuous grouting from a single side to ensure self-flow filling; do not allow multiple points to discharge material simultaneously; narrow gaps can be assisted by drainage channels.
5. Curing: After final setting, cover and keep moist; cure for at least 7 days. In winter, add insulation to prevent freezing.
6. Load-bearing capacity: At room temperature, the surface can be walked on after 24 hours; light loads can be applied after 3 days; full load can be applied after 7 days (subject to on-site strength).8. Precautions for Use
Construction ambient temperature -5 to 35℃ The water-to-cement ratio is an important performance indicator for this product. Please add water according to the manufacturer’s specified water-to-cement ratio, and use mechanical equipment to ensure thorough and uniform mixing before construction! If the water-to-cement ratio is improperly adjusted, it may affect the product’s performance. This product is a finished item—do not add any other substances arbitrarily, as this could compromise its functionality and quality system! If this product has expired, it should be properly disposed of rather than reused. After mixing, any leftover material that has not been used must never be mixed with fresh material for further use! When carrying out outdoor construction on rainy days, a rain shelter should be set up.
