    The tunnel vault micro-expansion grouting material is a special non-shrinking grouting material specifically designed for filling voids in tunnel vaults. It features high fluidity, micro-expansion properties, and early high strength, effectively addressing structural safety hazards caused by vault voids.

    The key parameters are presented in table format, including compressive strength (1d ≥ 25 MPa, 3d ≥ 40 MPa, 28d ≥ 60 MPa), expansion rate (28-day vertical expansion rate: 0.02%–0.1%), flowability (initial ≥ 300 mm, 30 min ≥ 280 mm), and setting time (initial setting ≥ 45 min, final setting ≤ 12 h).

    How to use

    Four-Step Construction Process

    ① Substrate preparation: Remove debris and loose dust from the tunnel vault surface, and moisten the substrate without allowing water to accumulate.

    ② Mixing the ingredients: Pour water and grouting material into the mixer at a water-to-material ratio of 12%-14%, and mix at low speed for 3-5 minutes until thoroughly homogeneous and free of lumps.

    ③ Grouting construction: Use a high-pressure grouting pump to perform grouting sequentially from low to high and from inside to outside, maintaining the pressure within the range of 0.3–0.5 MPa.

    ④ Curing: Within 24 hours after grouting is completed, cover and keep moist. When the ambient temperature falls below 5℃, take measures to maintain warmth.

     

    Storage and transportation

    The product should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated warehouse, away from sources of ignition and water. When the packaging remains intact, the shelf life is 6 months. During transportation, avoid exposure to moisture, rain, and severe impacts. After opening, any unused portion of the product must have its bag tightly sealed and used up as soon as possible.
