Four-step construction process
① Substrate preparation: Remove debris and loose dust from the tunnel vault surface; moisten the substrate without allowing water to accumulate.
② Mixing the ingredients: Pour water and grouting material into the mixer at a water-to-material ratio of 12%-14%, and mix at low speed for 3-5 minutes until thoroughly homogeneous and free of lumps.
③ Grouting construction: Use a high-pressure grouting pump to perform grouting sequentially from low to high pressure and from inside to outside, with the pressure maintained between 0.3 and 0.5 MPa.
④ Curing: Within 24 hours after grouting is completed, cover and keep moist. When the ambient temperature falls below 5℃, take thermal insulation measures.
