Modern buildings demonstrate excellent performance in reliability, insulation, heat retention, and strength. This is inseparable from the increasingly high demands on the performance of construction materials chosen by people, and the increasing variety of building materials available today.

Modern buildings demonstrate excellent performance in reliability, insulation, heat retention, and strength. This is closely related to the increasingly stringent performance requirements for construction materials chosen by people, and the range of building materials available today is also expanding. Grouting is one such high-quality construction material. So, what performance requirements must this type of material meet during production? What aspects do these requirements encompass?

  1. Fluidity: The initial fluidity of the grouting material can reach 340mm, and the higher target is 380mm. It does not require vibration treatment and can fill all parts of the test mold, exhibiting excellent fluidity.

  2. Workability: Even with excessive water addition, it does not exhibit settlement or bleeding, demonstrating excellent uniformity and construction effects. It maintains good stability during flow and does not segregate.

  3. Plasticity: After mixing with water, the grouting material can expand to prevent the disadvantages of water evaporation. Under sealed conditions, it can also expand to maintain a high-quality connection with the reinforcement.

  4. Strength: The strength of the grouting material after one day of construction can reach more than 30MPa, and the 3-day strength can meet the 28-day requirements of general products, reaching more than 100MPa.

  5. Non-corrosive: It does not cause corrosion damage to steel bars, steel plates, and other building materials.

  6. Oil resistance: After being immersed in engine oil for 30 days, the grouting material does not show a downward trend in its performance; instead, its strength increases by more than 1%.

  7. Durability: After multiple fatigue tests and freeze-thaw cycle tests, the strength of the grouting material remains largely unchanged.

  8. Weather resistance: The grouting material can still be used normally for a long time in environments ranging from -40℃ to 600℃.

Therefore, from the aspects of fluidity, workability, plasticity, strength, non-corrosiveness, oil resistance, durability, and weather resistance of the grouting material, we can accurately judge its performance. This knowledge is very helpful in the production and selection of products, so we hope everyone will carefully read and understand it.
