The methods for using grout are quite similar; correct usage will yield better results.

  I. Water addition: For secondary grouting in small spaces, water can be directly added to mix the slurry. The standard water-to-grout ratio is 13-15%. Aggregate addition: For grouting concrete voids in large spaces, 5-10mm stones can be added at a ratio of stones:ugm = 0.3:1 (this can be adjusted based on specific needs). The water-to-grout ratio is 20%.

II. Pouring method: Grouting should be continuous and uninterrupted, with the grouting time shortened as much as possible. Vibration is strictly prohibited during grouting; if necessary, bamboo strips can be used to guide the flow. After pouring and slight drying, smooth and compact the outer surface.

III. Before construction, floating dust and loose materials should be cleaned from the filling space, oil stains should be removed, and the concrete surface of the filling space should be pre-wetted with clean water for 6-12 hours.

Widely used in equipment installation, structural reinforcement, and building repair in major projects in high-speed rail, metallurgy, petrochemicals, power, coal, machinery, construction, light industry, marine engineering, roads and bridges, environmental protection, and other fields.
