Self-weight grouting is a method used in GM type grouting material construction that utilizes its good fluidity to freely flow within the grouting range to meet grouting requirements. It is used for secondary grouting of equipment with relatively flat bottom surfaces.

Several common grouting methods for grout

Gravity method: This is a more basic grouting method.

The gravity method is used in the construction of GM type grout. It utilizes the good fluidity of the grout to freely flow within the grouting range, meeting the grouting requirements. This method is suitable for secondary grouting of equipment with relatively flat bottom surfaces.

High-level hopper method: In the construction of GM type grout, when the fluidity of the grout alone cannot meet the requirements, the high-level hopper method utilizes an increased potential energy difference to meet the grouting requirements. This method is suitable for grouting large equipment bases (side length exceeding 3m). In this case, appropriate vent holes should be arranged on the equipment base, with a vent hole diameter no less than 30mm. This grouting method should also be used for box-shaped bases and equipment with grooves under the base.

Pressure grouting method: In grout construction, the pressure grouting method uses grouting pressurization equipment to meet grouting requirements. This method is suitable for complex structures and reverse-cast concrete grouting. Grouting pressurization equipment should be used in this case
