The CGM-100 wind turbine foundation grouting material is a shrinkage-free, high-strength grouting material specifically designed for the bases of megawatt-class wind turbines. It features a composite formulation combining ultrafine cement with high-performance polymers, enabling it to withstand the long-term dynamic loads generated during wind turbine operation and ensuring a rigid connection between the tower and the foundation.
Technical Specifications: Performance Assurance in Extreme EnvironmentsKey parameters: Compressive strength (1 day > 30 MPa, 3 days ≥ 50 MPa, 28 days > 100 MPa), vertical expansion rate (≥ 0.02%), flowability (initial > 340 mm, 30 min > 320 mm), freeze-thaw resistance grade (F300), modulus of elasticity (28 days > 3.0 × 10⁴ MPa). Attached are screenshots of the third-party testing report.

Key Features: Three Major Technological Breakthroughs
1. Micro-expansion compensation: The non-shrinking property ensures 100% contact between the grouting layer and the base, preventing voids.
2. Dynamic Load Adaptation: The elastic modulus is matched to the steel structure of the wind turbine, absorbing operational vibrations.
3. Compatible with low-temperature construction: Can be applied in environments as low as -10℃; the addition of antifreeze components does not affect the later strength.

Application scenario: Structural safety throughout the entire lifecycle
Onshore wind power: Secondary grouting of turbine foundations for wind farms in mountainous and plain areas;
Offshore wind power: Connection between the jacket foundation and the support structure of offshore wind turbines in the intertidal zone and nearshore areas;
Old wind turbine retrofit: Reinforcement of existing foundations and upgrade of load capacity, compatible with 2.5 MW to 6 MW models.

Usage instructions: Standardized construction process
1. Base preparation: Roughen the concrete surface, install formwork and apply release agent, and use compressed air to remove dust.
2. Material Preparation: Mix the materials with a water-to-material ratio of 1:8.5 and mechanically stir for 3–5 minutes to ensure there are no granular particles remaining.
3. Continuous grouting: Allow the grout to flow freely from one side to the other, with a height exceeding the anchor bolts by 50 mm, and vibrate thoroughly to ensure compaction.
4. Maintenance: Cover with moisture-retaining cotton. In summer, water regularly for 7 days; in winter, use an electric heating blanket for insulation and maintenance.

Storage and Transportation: Industrial-Grade Packaging Solutions
Storage: Packaged in 25-kg kraft paper bags, store in a cool, dry environment with a shelf life of 6 months; stacking height should be less than 8 layers. — Transportation: Transport using palletized packaging designed to prevent damage; for sea transportation, ensure proper moisture protection and compliance with ISTA 3A shipping standards.

Construction video
Next, a video of the construction site will be generated, showcasing the entire process—from foundation clearing to grouting completion. The video will highlight key procedures such as mechanical mixing, continuous pouring, and vibration compaction, emphasizing the product’s ease of construction and on-site adaptability.
