Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) is a high-performance, hydraulically setting cementitious material produced by precisely blending high-quality raw materials such as limestone, clay, and iron ore. After calcining these raw materials into clinker, a suitable amount of gypsum is added and the mixture is finely ground to produce the final product. The product complies with the international standards ASTM C150 and EN 197-1, exhibiting stable chemical properties and reliable mechanical performance, making it suitable for a wide range of construction environments. 7. Construction Method
1. Material Preparation: Ensure that the sand and aggregate (particle size 5–25 mm) are clean and free of impurities, and that the water quality meets the standards. Also, check the cement’s expiration date (valid for 3 months).
2. Mixing Process: Use a concrete mixer to mix the materials for 3–5 minutes until thoroughly homogeneous. For large-scale projects, manual mixing is strictly prohibited to ensure consistent mixture quality.
3. Pouring Operation: Complete the pouring within 2 hours after mixing is finished. Vibrate thoroughly to eliminate air bubbles and ensure that the formwork is completely filled.
4. Curing Treatment: Maintain moist curing for 7 to 14 days after pouring (spray water 2-3 times daily or cover with a curing membrane), and avoid exposure to direct sunlight or rapid drying.
8. Precautions for Use
Construction environment temperature: -5°C to 35°C. The water-to-cement ratio is an important performance indicator for this product. Please add water according to the manufacturer’s specified water-to-cement ratio, and use mechanical mixing equipment to ensure thorough and uniform blending before construction! If the water-to-cement ratio is improperly adjusted, it may affect the product’s performance. This product is a finished item—do not add any other substances arbitrarily, as this could compromise its functionality and quality system! If this product has expired, it should be properly disposed of and no longer used. Any leftover material that has been mixed but not fully used must never be combined with fresh material for further use! When carrying out outdoor construction in rainy weather, a rain shelter must be set up. The mixed material must be used within 30 minutes; once the initial setting time has passed, the slurry will begin to set and lose its effectiveness! Once the package is opened, the contents must be used up in one go to prevent moisture absorption and clumping.
