    Product Description

    Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) is a high-performance, hydraulically setting cementitious material produced by precisely proportioning high-quality raw materials such as limestone, clay, and iron ore. After calcining these raw materials to form clinker, a suitable amount of gypsum is added and finely ground to produce the final product. The product complies with the international standards ASTM C150 and EN 197-1, exhibiting stable chemical properties and reliable mechanical performance, making it suitable for a wide range of construction environments. Currently, we offer four core grades—PC32.5, PO42.5, PII52.5, and PW62.5—that meet the strength and workability requirements of various construction applications, thereby laying a solid foundation for safe, durable, cost-effective, and efficient construction projects worldwide.

    Core Product Features

    High strength and durability: The hydration products have a dense structure, offering excellent resistance to weathering, erosion, and freeze-thaw cycles, ensuring a long service life.
    Good workability: easy to mix, easy to pump, and easy to finish; even under complex structural designs, construction remains smooth and uninterrupted.
    Coagulation stability: No early or delayed coagulation occurs, making it suitable for various construction schedules and climatic conditions.
    Green and Environmentally Friendly: Utilizes low-carbon production processes that meet global environmental standards (such as LEED certification requirements).

    Scene Application

    This product is widely used in the field of infrastructure construction, and each model is specifically tailored for particular application scenarios.
    PC32.5: Residential buildings, rural construction, masonry mortar, wall plastering, non-load-bearing concrete components;
    PO42.5: Mid- to high-rise buildings, bridges and roads, hydraulic engineering, industrial plants, and general-purpose concrete structures;
    PII52.5: Supertall buildings, long-span bridges, dam tunnels, precast concrete components (beams/columns/slabs), and marine engineering.

    Construction method

    1. Material Preparation: Ensure that the sand and aggregate (particle size 5–25 mm) are clean and free of impurities, and that the water quality meets the standards; check the cement’s shelf life (valid for 3 months).
    2. Mixing Process: Use a concrete mixer to mix the materials for 3–5 minutes until thoroughly homogeneous. For large-scale projects, manual mixing is strictly prohibited to ensure consistent mixture quality.
    3. Pouring Operation: Complete the pouring within 2 hours after mixing is finished. Vibrate thoroughly to eliminate air bubbles and ensure that the formwork is completely filled.
    4. Curing Treatment: Maintain moist curing for 7–14 days after pouring (spray water 2–3 times daily or cover with a curing membrane), and avoid exposure to direct sunlight or rapid drying.

    Precautions

    Construction without protective measures is strictly prohibited under extreme temperatures (<5℃ or >35℃).
    The water-cement ratio can be adjusted according to ambient humidity and construction requirements; adding excessive water will reduce strength.
    Clean the tools immediately after construction to prevent cement from hardening and adhering to them.

    Transportation and Storage

    (1) Transportation Requirements
    Transport using sealed vehicles (bulk tankers or weatherproof trucks) to prevent moisture absorption, leakage, or contamination by impurities.
    During transportation, avoid mixing with other types of cement or construction materials.
    (2) Storage Specifications
    Store in a dry, well-ventilated warehouse with moisture-proof treatment on the floor (elevated by at least 10 cm).
    Stack bagged products in layers (no more than 10 bags per layer), leaving ventilation gaps between stacks and avoiding close contact with walls.
    Follow the “first-in, first-out” principle and use up within 3 months after production. If the product absorbs moisture and clumps, sift it before use and, if necessary, conduct a strength test.
