Anti-static cement mortar is a special functional mortar designed for floors requiring conductive (anti-static) properties. By adding conductive materials (such as conductive powders, conductive fibers, etc.) to traditional cement mortar, it forms a uniform conductive network that can quickly and effectively discharge and dissipate static electricity, preventing static charge accumulation that could cause sparks or interference, thus providing safety protection for sensitive electronic equipment and flammable or explosive environments.
Core Working Principle:
Traditional cement mortar is an insulator with very high volume resistivity. Anti-static mortar incorporates conductive components (such as graphite, carbon black, metal powders, or fibers) to form continuous and stable conductive pathways within the mortar. When static electricity is generated on the surface, it can be quickly conducted to the ground through these pathways, thereby eliminating static electricity.
Main Features:
1. High Efficiency Static Conductivity: Has stable and low surface resistance and volume resistivity, capable of quickly dissipating static electricity.
2. High Mechanical Strength: Exhibits good compressive and flexural strength, wear resistance, durability, and long service life.
3. Environmentally Friendly and Harmless: Most products are water-based systems, non-toxic, odorless, pollution-free, and meet environmental protection requirements.
4. Easy Construction: Bonds firmly with concrete substrates and can be applied like ordinary mortar, making it easy to ensure floor flatness.
5. Corrosion Resistance: Has good resistance to alkali, oil stains, and other characteristics.

Anti-static cement mortar is mainly used in any place that requires prevention of static accumulation, safety assurance, and protection of equipment and products.
1. Electronics, Communications, and Computer Industry
● Electronic component production workshops: such as integrated circuits, chips, semiconductor manufacturing workshops, where static electricity can damage precision components.
● Communication equipment rooms: switch rooms, server rooms, data centers, etc.
● Electronic assembly and testing workshops: areas for assembling, testing, and repairing precision electronic products.
2. Flammable and Explosive Hazardous Areas
● Petrochemical industry: gas stations, refineries, chemical plants, hazardous material warehouses, etc., to prevent static sparks from causing explosions or fires.
● Aerospace: aircraft hangars, fuel refueling areas, ammunition depots, spacecraft assembly workshops.
● Fireworks production and storage warehouses.
3. Medical, Precision Instruments, and Laboratories
● Hospital operating rooms: to prevent static interference with precision medical equipment (such as MRI) and anesthetic gas explosions.
● Biological laboratories, pharmaceutical factories: certain static-sensitive experimental environments and sterile workshops.
● Precision instrument manufacturing and metrology rooms.
4. Other public and industrial places requiring static electricity prevention
● Military command centers, communication hubs.
● Financial industry data centers.
● Large supermarkets, logistics warehouses (high-bay warehouses).
● Textile, paper, and printing factories (to prevent static electricity causing adhesion and operational inconvenience).
