Anti-static cement mortar is a specialized functional mortar designed for flooring applications that require conductive (anti-static) properties. By adding conductive materials—such as conductive powders or conductive fibers—to conventional cement mortar, a uniform conductive network is formed. This network enables the rapid and efficient dissipation of static charges, preventing the accumulation of static electricity that could lead to sparks or interference. As a result, it provides safe protection for sensitive electronic equipment and environments that are prone to flammability or explosion hazards.
Core working principle:
Traditional cement mortar is an insulator with a very high volume resistivity. Antistatic mortar, on the other hand, incorporates conductive components—such as graphite, carbon black, metal powders, or fibers—to create a continuous and stable conductive pathway within the mortar. When static charges accumulate on the surface, they can be quickly dissipated into the ground through these pathways, thereby eliminating static electricity.

5. Precautions for Use
Construction environment temperature: -5°C to 35°C. The water-to-cement ratio is an important performance indicator for this product. Please add water according to the manufacturer’s specified water-to-cement ratio, and use mechanical mixing equipment to ensure thorough and uniform blending before construction! If the water-to-cement ratio is improperly adjusted, it may affect the product’s performance. This product is a finished item—do not add any other substances arbitrarily, as this could compromise its functionality and quality system! If this product has expired, it should be properly reconditioned before reuse. Any leftover material that is not fully used after mixing must never be mixed with fresh material for further use! When carrying out outdoor construction in rainy weather, a rain shelter must be set up. The mixed material must be used within 30 minutes; once the initial setting time has passed, the slurry will begin to set and lose its effectiveness! Once the package is opened, the contents must be used up in one go to prevent moisture absorption and clumping.
