According to the provisions of China’s industry standard “Colored Cement Silicate” (JC/T 870-2000), a hydraulic colored cementitious material obtained by co-grinding white gypsum with colored pigments and admixtures (waterproofing agents, water-retaining agents, plasticizers, and hardening accelerators) during the grinding process is referred to as colored silicate cement, or simply colored cement.

Colored cement mortar can be used for plastering in decorative finishing works. In factories, colored cement blocks can be custom-made to meet customers' specific requirements and desired shapes, ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, colored cement can be processed into a wide variety of stone products, including colored terrazzo, artificial marble, washed stone, hammered stone, and dry-bonded stone, each available in different colors.
