According to the national industry standard "Colored Cement Silicate" (JC/T 870-2000), colored cement is a hydraulic colored cementitious material made by grinding white gypsum with colored pigments and additives (waterproofing agent, water-retaining agent, plasticizer, hardening accelerator) together, referred to as colored silicate cement or simply colored cement.
