Technical Parameters for Steel Bar Anchorage Materials (based on standards such as JG/T 340-2011)
1. Classification: Organic category (Y, including fast-setting type K/non-fast-setting type F, Grade A/Grade B), Inorganic category (W)
2. Mix Performance: The water bleeding rate, determined according to GB/T 50080-2002, is 0%; the chloride ion content meets the requirements of GB/T 50476-2008.
3. Setting Time (GB/T 1346): For fast-setting types, the initial setting time ≥ 15 min and the final setting time ≤ 120 min; for non-fast-setting types, the initial setting time ≥ 45 min and the final setting time ≤ 360 min.
4. Volume Stability: Vertical expansion rate (GB 50119-2003) at 3 days: 0.02%–0.15%; at 24 hours: ≤0.3%.
5. Strength Requirements (GB/T 17671): Compressive strength: 3-day ≥ 30 MPa, 7-day ≥ 40 MPa, 28-day ≥ 50 MPa; Standard values for steel-to-steel tensile-shear strength: Grade A ≥ 10.0 MPa, Grade B ≥ 8.0 MPa.
6. Bond Strength: Under constrained pull-out conditions, the bond strength between ribbed reinforcing bars and concrete shall be ≥11.0 MPa (for C30 concrete) and ≥13.0 MPa (for C40 concrete).
7. Durability: The reduction in strength after resistance to damp-heat aging shall be ≤15%; the reduction in strength after 50 freeze-thaw cycles shall be ≤10%.
8. Operating temperature: -10°C to 40°C (special verification required for temperatures outside this range; bond strength must meet or exceed standard requirements).Application scenarios
