    Product Introduction

    Quick-hardening Sulphoaluminate Cement is a special type of cement with calcium sulfoaluminate as its main mineral component. Its performance characteristics and application scenarios are as follows:

    Performance Characteristics

    ● Quick-hardening and early strength:

    The strength can reach more than 20 MPa in 12 hours, and the strength can reach the strength of ordinary cement in 28 days in 1-3 days (e.g., the 3-day compressive strength of 42.5 grade cement ≥ 42.5 MPa), suitable for emergency repairs and rapid construction.

    ● Micro-expansion:

    A small amount of expansion is produced during the hardening process (expansion rate 0.02%-0.1%), which can compensate for shrinkage, reduce cracks, and is especially suitable for waterproof and anti-seepage projects.

    ● Low hydration heat:

    The hydration exothermic peak is low and the exothermic rate is fast. The proportion of heat release in the early stage (1-3 days) is high, and the heat release in the later stage is less. It is suitable for construction in low-temperature environments, but the early temperature control should be noted for large-scale projects.

    ● Strong frost resistance and anti-seepage performance:

    The structure is dense, the ability to resist freeze-thaw cycles is outstanding, and the anti-seepage grade can reach P12 or higher, suitable for scenes with moisture, freezing and thawing, or anti-seepage requirements.

    ● Good corrosion resistance:

    It has strong resistance to corrosive media such as sulfate and seawater, superior to ordinary Portland cement, and can be used in corrosive environments such as seaports and chemical plants.

    ● Low alkalinity:

    The alkalinity (pH value about 10-12) of hydration products is lower than that of ordinary cement, which can reduce the risk of alkali-aggregate reaction. Suitable for special aggregate projects.

    Application Scenarios

    ● Emergency repair projects:

    Rapid repair of roads, bridges, and airport pavements (such as pothole filling and crack repair), which can restore the function in a short time.

    Emergency leak plugging of underground pipelines and tunnels, using its rapid-hardening and micro-expansion properties to quickly stop water.

    ● Construction projects:

    Winter construction (above -10℃ can be constructed), early strength increase without additional insulation measures, shortening the construction period.

    Rapid production of prefabricated components (such as prefabricated floor slabs, beams and columns), accelerating the turnover efficiency of molds.

    ● Waterproof and anti-seepage projects:

    Waterproof concrete for basements, pools, and reservoirs, or waterproof mortar for kitchens, bathrooms, and roof seepage prevention.

    Production of prestressed pipes (such as water pipes), using micro-expansion to generate pre-stress and improve crack resistance.

    ● Special Environmental Engineering:

    。Concrete structures in seawater erosion environments such as seaports and docks, or corrosion-resistant floors and equipment foundations in chemical workshops.

    。Projects with the risk of alkali-aggregate reaction (e.g., when using reactive aggregates), low alkalinity can reduce the harm.

    ● Functional Materials:

    。Formulating high-early-strength grouts and anchoring agents (such as mechanical equipment foundation bolts), ensuring rapid load-bearing.

    。Used with fiber composites to produce crack-resistant mortar for wall plastering or thin-layer reinforcement.

    Rapid-hardening sulfoaluminate cement is characterized by its "rapid hardening, high early strength, and slight expansion," making it particularly suitable for time-sensitive, waterproof, and anti-corrosion projects or projects in special environments. It is one of the preferred cement types for emergency repairs and functional buildings.

     

    Precautions

    Quick-hardening sulfoaluminate cement is a hydraulic cementitious material made by grinding cement clinker and mineralizers. It has a fast setting time and rapid strength gain.

    Depending on the application, it can be divided into: slow-setting, rapid-setting, and extra-rapid-setting types.

    Depending on the properties, it can also be divided into: rapid-hardening, low-alkali, and double-rapid types.
