    White ordinary silicate cement is a high-strength, bright-white building material widely used in exterior wall decoration and interior wall putty applications in the construction of basic structures. It boasts excellent durability and decorative performance.

     

    Main models and applications

    pw32.5: Suitable for interior and exterior plastering, masonry, and general decoration works.
    PW42.5: Used for more critical building structures, exterior wall finishes, and high-strength putties.
    pw52.5: Suitable for special projects with high strength requirements, such as high-rise buildings and bridges.

    PW62.5 is suitable for wear-resistant flooring, white concrete components, and load-bearing structures.

     

     

    Product Features

    1. Bright white color: High whiteness, allowing for a variety of light-colored decorative effects.
    2. Fine texture: Uniform particle size, smooth application, and high surface flatness.
    3. Strong adhesion: It bonds tightly with the substrate and is unlikely to delaminate or become hollow.
    4. Excellent durability: Outstanding frost resistance and impermeability, with a long service life.

     

    Application scenarios

    Widely used in residential, commercial, municipal engineering, and other fields, covering applications such as exterior wall true stone paint substrates, interior wall latex paint primers, and artistic coating designs.

     

    Construction method

    1. Substrate preparation: Remove oil stains and dust from the surface, then moisten with water.
    2. Mixing the ingredients: Add water according to the specified ratio (a recommended water-to-cement ratio of 0.4–0.5), and mix thoroughly until the mixture is uniform and free of lumps.
    3. Application during construction: Apply evenly using a trowel, controlling the thickness according to requirements (typically 1–3 mm).
    4. Curing: After construction, maintain moist curing for 7 days, and avoid exposure to direct sunlight or freezing.

     

    Transportation and storage

    Transportation: Avoid damage to packaging and prevent exposure to rain and moisture.
    Storage: Store in a dry, well-ventilated warehouse, 30 cm above the ground. Shelf life: 3 months.
    Note: Use promptly after opening; any remaining cement must be stored in a sealed container.
