- Strictly follow the ratio in the product instructions for mixing; do not make any changes arbitrarily.
- When mixing, add an appropriate amount of water first, then add the grouting material, and mix until it is uniform and free of lumps.
- The mixed grouting material should be used up within the specified time; unused grouting material should not be reused.
- During grouting, ensure that the formwork, steel bars, reserved holes, etc., are clean and moist to ensure the fluidity and bonding of the grouting material.
- When grouting, start from one side and gradually move to the other side until the entire area is filled.
- After grouting, promptly clean the grouting material from the surface of the formwork and equipment, and carry out curing; the curing time should not be less than 7 days.
