Common uses of grout

Mainly used for: anchor bolts anchoring, embedding steel bars, and secondary grouting of equipment foundations with a grouting layer thickness of 30mm <δ< 200mm. Secondary grouting of equipment foundations with oil resistance requirements is called ordinary grouting material.
Common Uses of Grouting Materials
1. Primarily used for: Anchor grouting of foundation bolts, embedding reinforcement, secondary grouting of equipment foundations with a grouting layer thickness of 30mm<δ<200mm. Secondary grouting of equipment foundations with oil resistance requirements is referred to as ordinary grouting material.
2. Primarily used for: Secondary grouting of equipment foundations with a grouting layer thickness ≥150mm. Strengthening and reinforcement of beams, slabs, columns, foundations, and floor slabs of buildings (repair thickness ≥40mm). Secondary grouting of equipment foundations with oil resistance requirements is referred to as special grouting material for reinforcement projects.
3. Primarily used for: Prestressed duct grouting, secondary grouting of equipment with a grouting layer thickness of 10mm<δ<150mm, grouting of gaps between angle steel and concrete in the reinforcement of concrete beams and columns, referred to as special grouting material for concrete crack repair.
4. Primarily used for: Installation of precision, large, and complex equipment; reinforcement and modification of concrete structures, enhancement, rapid repair of pavements, referred to as high-strength, non-shrinkage grouting material.
5. Primarily used for: Special grouting material for high-temperature environments, volume stability at high temperatures, good thermal shock resistance, equipment under long-term high-temperature radiation of 500℃, secondary grouting of equipment foundations with a grouting layer thickness of 30mm<δ<200mm, referred to as heat-resistant grouting material.
6. Primarily used for: Short construction time, strength reaches C20 in 2 hours, equipment can be operated immediately, secondary grouting of projects with a grouting layer thickness of 30mm<δ<200mm for rush jobs, referred to as special grouting material for emergency repair projects.
7. Primarily used for: Grouting needs of large-volume, high-precision, and complex equipment structures, ensuring no dead angles in the grouted areas. It has good stability, referred to as special grouting material for precision equipment and large-scale heavy-duty equipment.
8. Primarily used for: Rapid strength gain at sub-zero temperatures, unaffected by frost damage, anchor grouting of foundation bolts, embedding reinforcement, secondary grouting of equipment foundations with a grouting layer thickness of 30mm<δ<200mm. Secondary grouting of equipment foundations with oil resistance requirements is referred to as antifreeze grouting material.
